1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cokecasino," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the cokecasino platform accessible at cokecasino.club.
• "Platform" means the cokecasino website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cokecasino Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the cokecasino Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's cokecasino wallet for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on cokecasino, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cokecasino Platform and close your account.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on cokecasino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cokecasino, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the cokecasino Platform.

cokecasino reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at cokecasino's sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the cokecasino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change. cokecasino shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify cokecasino support immediately via live chat.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

cokecasino is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted: PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of current residential address (accepted: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

cokecasino reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cokecasino may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the cokecasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cokecasino supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified in the cokecasino Help Center. cokecasino does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the cokecasino account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cokecasino reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

cokecasino offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cokecasino promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• cokecasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cokecasino Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

cokecasino uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with trained dealers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verified.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, cokecasino's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed round. cokecasino shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cokecasino Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your cokecasino account.

10. Responsible Gaming

cokecasino is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the cokecasino Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the cokecasino Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of cokecasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the cokecasino Platform without prior written consent from cokecasino.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cokecasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

cokecasino's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The cokecasino Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cokecasino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Privacy & Data

cokecasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cokecasino implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and cokecasino cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Amendments

cokecasino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the cokecasino Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

cokecasino operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
